The Start-up Visa program is for innovative entrepreneurs to establish their own business in Canada. It is the best option if you are looking to immigrate to Canada as an investor.

Applicants are eligible for a temporary work permit that allows them to establish their business in the country while waiting for their permanent residency.

Business Visitor Visa

If you are moving to Canada on a Business Visitor visa, you won’t need a work permit. The maximum validity of this visa is 6 months.
